This Privacy Policy applies to all personal data collected through the LPG Now mobile and web application, including but not limited to account registration, order placement, delivery tracking, and customer support interactions. This policy is consistent with the Data Privacy Act of 2012 (RA 10173), its Implementing Rules and Regulations, and relevant issuances of the National Privacy Commission (NPC).

3. What Personal Data We Collect

We collect the following categories of personal data:

• Account Information: Full name, email address, mobile number, password (encrypted)
• Delivery Information: Delivery address, geographic coordinates (latitude/longitude)
• Order Information: Items ordered, order amounts, order history, order status
• Device & Technical Information: IP address, browser type, device type, operating system
• Location Data: Real-time GPS coordinates (for delivery riders, with consent)
• Payment Information: Transaction references (we do not store full card/payment details)
• Photos: Proof-of-delivery images uploaded by riders

4. Purpose and Legal Basis for Processing

We process your personal data for the following purposes:

• To create and manage your account
• To process and fulfill your LPG delivery orders
• To assign delivery riders and track deliveries in real time
• To send order status updates and notifications
• To improve our services, application performance, and user experience
• To comply with legal obligations under Philippine law
• To detect, prevent, and address fraud, abuse, or security incidents

The legal bases for processing your personal data under RA 10173 are: (a) your consent; (b) fulfillment of a contract to which you are a party; (c) compliance with a legal obligation; and (d) legitimate interests pursued by the Company.

5. Sharing and Disclosure of Personal Data

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal data to third parties. We may share your data only in the following circumstances:

• Delivery Riders: Your name, address, and contact number are shared with the assigned rider to complete your delivery.
• Store Partners: Your order details are shared with the fulfilling store.
• Service Providers: Third-party providers (e.g., mapping, notifications, hosting) under strict data processing agreements.
• Government Authorities: When required by law, court order, or lawful request by a government authority.

6. Retention of Personal Data

We retain your personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes outlined in this policy, or as required by applicable Philippine laws and regulations. Order records may be retained for a minimum of five (5) years in compliance with accounting and tax obligations. Upon the lapse of the retention period, your data will be securely deleted or anonymized.

As a data subject, you have the following rights under the Data Privacy Act of 2012:
