These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the LPG Now mobile and web application, website, ordering, and delivery services (collectively, the "Service"). By creating an account, signing in, placing an order, or otherwise using the Service, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
Product descriptions, images, sizes, and availability are provided for identification and ordering. Actual packaging or appearance may vary without changing the product's essential specifications.
LPG Now may assign customers to configurable price groups based on an applicable commercial arrangement. The price shown to a signed-in customer may therefore differ from the standard retail price or from another customer's price. When a product's price for the assigned group is set to zero, the product's standard suggested retail price (SRP) applies. The price presented and confirmed at checkout is the price used to calculate the order, subject to correction of an obvious technical or pricing error before fulfillment.
Submitting an order is a request to purchase. An order is not final until it is successfully created and accepted or confirmed for fulfillment by an eligible store. We may decline or cancel an order when the product is unavailable, the delivery location is outside a store's service area, customer information cannot be verified, the order appears fraudulent, or fulfillment is not reasonably possible. If an order is changed or cancelled, we will provide notice through the Service or the contact details associated with the order when practicable.
The schedule and fees displayed at checkout are based on the store setup, product eligibility, service type, delivery location, and time the order is submitted. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by traffic, weather, safety conditions, demand, or other circumstances beyond reasonable control.
You must ensure that an authorized adult is available at the delivery location, that the address and contact number are accurate, and that the delivery area is reasonably accessible and safe. Additional charges or rescheduling may apply when delivery cannot be completed because the customer is unavailable, cannot be contacted, provides an incorrect location, or refuses a conforming order.
LPG is highly flammable and must be handled responsibly. Upon delivery, inspect the cylinder, valve, seal, and ordered items before accepting them. Keep LPG cylinders upright in a well-ventilated area and away from flames, sparks, heat sources, and children. Do not tamper with, modify, or attempt to repair a cylinder, valve, regulator, hose, or seal. If you smell gas or suspect a leak, avoid operating electrical switches or creating a flame, move away from the area when safe to do so, and contact the fulfilling store or emergency services immediately.
Cancellation requests are subject to the order's current status and may no longer be accepted after preparation or dispatch. Report a wrong, damaged, leaking, or materially defective item promptly and provide the order details and reasonable supporting evidence. Returns, replacements, failed deliveries, and refunds will be assessed based on the circumstances, the fulfilling store's applicable process, and mandatory rights available under Philippine law. Nothing in these Terms limits rights that cannot legally be waived.
You agree to pay the product total, delivery fee, ASAP surcharge, and other charges clearly disclosed before order submission. Payment arrangements are limited to those offered or confirmed for the order. If a transaction fails, is reversed, or remains unpaid, fulfillment may be held or cancelled. You are responsible for verifying the order and payment summary before confirming.
The Service may use the delivery location you provide and may create or receive order and proof-of-delivery photos to coordinate and document fulfillment. We may send operational communications such as verification codes, order updates, delivery notices, and support responses. Personal data is handled as described in our Privacy Policy.

We may maintain, update, suspend, or change any part of the Service, including service areas, delivery options, fees, product listings, and features. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free availability. We will make reasonable efforts to preserve valid orders and communicate material service interruptions.
To the extent permitted by law, the Service is provided on an "as available" basis. LPG Now is not responsible for delays or failures caused by events beyond reasonable control. Liability for a valid claim will be determined under applicable Philippine law and the facts of the transaction. These Terms do not exclude liability or consumer remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited.
We may restrict, suspend, or terminate access to the Service when reasonably necessary to address fraud, abuse, unsafe conduct, legal requirements, security risks, or material violations of these Terms. You may stop using the Service at any time. Obligations relating to completed or pending transactions, payment, safety, privacy, and liability may continue as applicable.
We may update these Terms to reflect changes in the Service, business practices, or legal requirements. The updated effective date will appear at the top of this page. Material changes may also be announced through the Service or by other reasonable means. Continued use after the updated Terms take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Before filing a formal claim, you agree to contact us and allow a reasonable opportunity to resolve the concern. Unresolved disputes may be brought before the proper government agency or court with jurisdiction, subject to applicable consumer protection and procedural laws.
